Refund & Return Policy

At Buyzen Marketplace, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@buyzenmarketplace.ca with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Location
Returns are processed through our business location in Ontario, Canada. Full return details will be provided after approval.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days if the item meets the return conditions.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
