Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Buyzen Marketplace.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving or picking up your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with all original accessories, manuals, parts and packaging where applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.
STARTING A RETURN
Before returning an item, please contact us at:
Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Returns must be approved before they are sent or brought back.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your purchase as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help us assess the issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
If the return is the result of an error by Buyzen Marketplace or an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will work with you regarding the appropriate return arrangements.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or is otherwise required by law.
REFUNDS
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
